Nemi J, has great customer service and she was very polite and made sure I had all my utensils and napkins, I tried the breakfast burger and onion rings and it was the best onion rings I ever had! Definitely would recommend
We decided to stop in and grab wings and Parker was our server. He was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere seemed better than previous times we visited.
This was my first time dining with my friends at Big City Wings. I love this place! We had wings, potato skins, fried cheese, street taco fries and everyone's food was great. The vibe of this place is just what I like, but the real star of the show was our server, HARPER! He provided us with outstanding service but also engaged in our banter. He also explained one menu item in greater detail for my bestie that was an important deciding factor. We LOVE him so make sure y'all take good care of him when you go. 10/10, will be back.
My server Yasmin was amazing, she was extremely accommodating to my family. She was very helpful and had such a positive attitude. When there are people who genuinely care about the customers, it makes the experience ten times better. Yasmin is absolutely amazing and my family will be asking for her as our server for here on out.

I had an incredible experience at Big City Wings thanks to Sara! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and brings great energy to the place. The food was awesome, but Sara service made it even better. Definitely ask for her if you stop by she’ll take great care of you!
Our daughter recommended this place, so we tried it. I'm not usually a fan of boneless wings, but they were buy one get one, so we tried them. Really good flavor and the Citrus honey sauce great!! I like hot stuff, so I ordered their hottest sauce ( I can't remember the name), but it was HOT! The Bleu cheese dressing pretty good too. Thankfully, we ordered them dry and sauced them as we wanted. The onion rings did Not disappoint!
Had the opportunity to dine there a few months ago. Service was outstanding and we had the pleasure of meeting manager Lisa. Stopped in tonight for dinner and she remembered us and greeted us like Family. Great place, Good Food and Great service.
